Addison is the north Dallas option, close to Preston Hollow, Plano and Frisco, with a runway of about 7,200 feet that suits light, midsize and super midsize jets. It can clear US Customs on the return with advance notice.

Meacham is on the north side of Fort Worth, about 10 to 15 minutes from downtown Fort Worth and the shorter drive for Southlake and Westlake. It can also clear US Customs on the return with advance notice.
SJD · Los Cabos International
Los Cabos International is outside San José del Cabo at the east end of the cape. Private flights use the general aviation terminal, where Mexican immigration and customs meet the aircraft, and the paperwork usually takes less time than the drive to the hotel. Figure about 20 to 25 minutes to the Corridor resorts and about 35 to 45 minutes to Cabo San Lucas and Pedregal. The runway is about 9,800 feet, with suitability confirmed for the specific airplane and conditions.

Cabo's season runs from November through April, with dry weather and the tightest aircraft supply from Christmas through New Year, Presidents Day and the March spring break. Summer is hot and quiet. Hurricane season runs from June through November, with the highest risk from August into October; when a storm is on the map we watch it with the operator and move the dates if we need to. Book peak weeks two to four weeks ahead.
- Every passenger needs a valid passport, children included. Check the expiration dates before you book.
- The operator handles the Mexican landing permit, the passenger manifests filed with both governments, and the handling at Los Cabos. We collect passport details a day or two before the flight so the crew can file them.
- On the way home you clear US Customs at the Dallas arrival airport. The crew files the arrival in advance and the stop at the customs desk is short.
- Mexican landing, handling and permit fees appear on the quote, not as a surprise afterward.
- Cabo San Lucas has a second, smaller airfield on the Cabo San Lucas side of the cape. It fits some aircraft and schedules and not others. Ask us if Pedregal or the marina is where you are headed.
