Prepaid flight hours in one aircraft category.
The CP Jets jet card
For people who fly three or more times a year and want one call to make.
Three lines.
Availability with notice. Peak days are named by date in the proposal.
A pilot behind every trip, from the fit check to the call after you land.
Three or more trips a year.
The card fits people who fly three or more times a year, or about 25 plus hours, and want the same category each time. It also fits a family or a company that wants one point of contact and one written set of terms.
If you fly less than that, charter is usually the better answer, and we will say so on the call. The route pages send you here when a route starts to repeat.
Hours based, category based, pilot reviewed.
- Hours based. You know what you have, and every trip draws from it.
- Category based. One aircraft category, chosen with a pilot for the way you fly.
- Options reviewed by a pilot before you see them.
- The same written standards as charter: aircraft selection, airframe age and trip coverage.
- One point of contact, from the fit check to the trip.
The terms any card should answer in writing.
Any card should answer these terms in writing before you fund it. Here is how the CP Jets card reads on each one, in plain words. The third column is the question to put to any provider, including us.
| Term | CP Jets | What to ask any provider |
|---|---|---|
| Availability | Available with notice. The notice period and the peak day exceptions are written in the same sentence of the proposal. | Is availability written into the agreement, with the notice period and the exceptions in the same sentence? |
| Notice | Stated in hours in the proposal, by category, with a longer notice on peak days. | How much notice on a normal day, and how much on a peak day? |
| Blackout and peak days | Listed by date in the proposal. What changes on a peak day is written next to the date. | Which days are blacked out, which are peak, and what changes on each? |
| Callout time | Set by category and written in the proposal. | How long from your call to wheels up, and does it change by category? |
| Rollover and expiration | Stated exactly in the proposal. We do not paraphrase it here. | Do unused hours roll over, when do they expire, and what happens to the balance? |
| Funds handling | Stated exactly in the proposal, including where the funds sit and how a refund works. | Where do the funds sit, who holds them, and how do I get them back? |
| Aircraft categories | One category per card. You can move up a category for a trip, and the proposal says how that works. | Can I change category for one trip, and how does the change count against the hours? |
| Service area | The continental US, with the corridor cities we quote often. Trips outside it are quoted case by case. | Where does the program fly on the standard terms, and where do extra charges start? |
Other programs are compared on their own published terms, dated, in the jet card buyer's guide.
Rates depend on the category and the hours you choose. Ask, and a pilot walks you through the fit and sends a written proposal.

The CP Jets jet card questions.
Is the card right for me?
If you fly three or more times a year, or about 25 plus hours, in the same category, usually yes. If not, charter is often the better answer, and we say so on the call.
What aircraft will I fly on?
Aircraft we source in your category, from our sourcing network, reviewed by a pilot against the same standards as charter. The airplane and its details are confirmed before each trip.
Can I count on an aircraft when I call?
Availability comes with notice. The notice period and the peak day exceptions are written in the same sentence of the proposal, so you know the terms before you fund the card.
Do hours expire, and where does my money sit?
The proposal states the term, the rollover and the funds handling exactly. We do not paraphrase those terms on the page.
How do I get the rates?
Complete the fit check. A pilot calls to walk through the fit and sends a written proposal. Rates are never texted.
