Effective September 24, 2026. This page explains what information this site collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
This website, flycpjets.com, is operated by CP Jets LLC (“CP Jets”, “we”, “us”). We arrange private air transportation as an independent private aviation advisor. You can reach us any time at info@flycpjets.com.
What we collect
When you request a quote or sign up for updates, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address and trip information. The quote form saves a draft in your browser so you can move between steps without retyping it.
The quote workflow can record that a trip was started and which steps were reached. As you enter a usable email address or phone number, we save it with the trip details for our desk to follow up, including if you leave before reaching the estimate or completing the final request. Continuing to the estimate also requests an email with your trip planning estimate. Development preview forms simulate this workflow and do not send a request or email.
The site also collects standard usage information through cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta pixel. This helps us understand how visitors find and use the site, and lets us show relevant messages to people who have visited.
How it is used
We use your information to respond to you, prepare quotes, arrange the flights you request, and send you the updates you asked for. We share trip details with the certified air carriers that fly you only as needed to arrange your trip. We do not sell your personal information.
Website activity and guide requests
We record actions such as viewing aircraft, comparing cabins, requesting guides and progressing through a quote. We use interest tags and a capped activity score to understand what may be relevant to you. Anonymous activity can be associated with the email address you provide in a form. These signals do not verify identity or guarantee purchase intent.
When you request a PDF guide, we use your email to send a CP Jets thank-you message with the download link through Resend. Requesting a guide does not subscribe you to marketing. Email delivery or opening a link is not proof that an address belongs to a particular person.
Contact and email preferences
We use the contact details in an inquiry to respond by phone or email, taking account of the contact preference you provide. Sending a quote request does not subscribe you to marketing emails or authorize marketing texts.
As you enter usable contact details in the trip form, we save them with your itinerary so our desk can follow up if you leave before submitting. When you choose to email your planning estimate, we use that address to deliver the estimate and related trip updates.
Market Brief and empty leg emails are separate choices on the signup forms. Providing a phone number is not an opt-in to a text messaging program. If we offer such a program, we will present its consent and opt-out information separately before enrollment.
Cookies and pixels
The live site uses Google Tag Manager to manage analytics and advertising tools, including the Meta pixel. Quote events can include traveler count, the aircraft or category’s planning seat capacity, whether that capacity is known, and the form step reached. Names, email addresses, phone numbers and free-text notes are not included in these quote-event fields. You can limit tracking through your browser settings or through Meta’s ad preferences. Development previews disable advertising tracking. Essential form functions do not require advertising tracking.
Service providers
We use trusted companies to run this site and handle our communications, like form processing, email, and phone service. They only get what they need to do their job. They can't use your information for anything else.
Retention and security
We keep your information only as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and record keeping obligations. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but your details are treated with the same care as everything else with our name on it.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages. To change your contact preferences or ask us to update or delete your information, email info@flycpjets.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. Questions are always welcome at the email above.
